One-on-one coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity, transition, or growth. Sessions are available in person in Lausanne or online, in English or Spanish, with no fixed program length — the engagement is designed around what you actually need.
Group Dynamics & Facilitation
Leadership is rarely a solo journey. How a leader shows up in a group — and how a group functions around its leaders — is often where the most important work happens. Working within executive education programs and institutional leadership initiatives, I bring a Tavistock-trained understanding of group relations and unconscious dynamics to complement individual coaching work. I partner with program directors and faculty to design and facilitate group experiences where participants examine their leadership impact in real time, within the group itself. This work is delivered on-site, integrated into your program design, and adapted to your participants and context.
Learning Innovation
From AI-powered coaching tools and leadership diagnostics to VR experiences, metaverse environments and remote learning infrastructure, I help educational institutions and organizations design and build learning experiences that go beyond the classroom. With over 20 years at the intersection of executive education and digital learning, I have co-developed psychometric and feedback tools, built blended learning programs, and designed technology-enhanced environments for some of the world’s leading business schools.
