I’m Alberto Brigneti, a leadership coach and learning innovation practitioner based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
I work with program directors, business schools, and senior leaders to bring executive coaching, group dynamics, and learning innovation into leadership development experiences.
With over 15 years working in executive programs across Europe and Asia — including engagements with IMD, CEIBS and Skolkovo Business School — I bring together three disciplines that rarely come together: one-on-one coaching, Tavistock-trained group dynamics facilitation, and digital learning design.
